Spring 2024 was an exciting period for denxpert. We hosted our first CRSD Bootcamp in Hungary, and it was such a great success that we decided to expand it globally.

What Brought The Bootcamp to Life?

Since the EU legislation on CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) came into force, large companies are under particular pressure to comply with sustainability reporting. Everyone is currently learning

  • how to start CSRD-based reporting,
  • what impacts they need to take into account,
  • what data they need to collect,
  • how to proceed with implementation and
  • how to integrate DMA (Double Materiality Assesment) and CSRD reporting into their business strategy.

CEOs, CFOs and others responsible for overseeing and managing sustainability projects in companies are desperate for reliable help.

CSRD Consultancy

Consulting firms are rushing to train new CSRD reporting experts and outsource them in companies that are willing to pay large sums of money for their consultancy to comply with the requirements and prepare for their first DMA and CSRD reporting and audit. But this option is not sustainable in the long term. Sooner or later organisations should learn to carry out CSRD reporting independently.

CSRD Bootcamp Powered by Denxpert

The main objective of the bootcamp was to provide practical and real-life examples of CSRD knowledge that can be put to immediate use. The speakers and mentors were internationally recognised experts who focused on sharing best practices and clarifying the requirements of the regulations to make them more understandable and translatable to everyday business. In addition, at the end of the bootcamp, participants were given access to the CSRD software powered by denxpert, including the DMA tool, ESRS tool, value chain assessment, and reporting features.

How Was the Spring Edition of the CSRD Bootcamp

Those who attended the spring edition of the bootcamp said they welcomed the useful information and practical training tailored to their needs, enabling them to start their own dual materiality assessment and CSRD reporting. This confirmed that the staff responsible for managing sustainability projects want to better understand the DMA and CSRD. They want to be able to navigate the sustainability regulations, gain confidence and become independent from long-term consultancy.
